Hattie Christine Carson, 90, passed into the loving hands of Jesus October 12, 2008. Born in Philadelphia, she lived in Waycross until entering and graduating Warren Candler School of Nursing. She retired in 1982.

Her family will cherish her precious memory; Brenda Rotureau; Carole Bruce Bauman; Sue Harry Woolley; five grandchildren, three great grandchildren.

Visitation: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday, October 13, 2008 at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Islands Chapel

Funeral: 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at The Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Redeemer with Pastor Wayne Cobb officiating.

Entombment: Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park Mausoleum.
